Located at the Vernon Army Cadet summer training centre grounds, parking lot at the corner of Paschendaal Dr and Hwy 97, just south of the city centre on the hill out of town towards Kelowna.
Kelowna "School of Hard Knox" Cross Race: Base of Knox Hill
Turn north off of Harvey Ave. onto Ellis st (near the bridge) and follow it all the way to Knox Mountain Park. Knox mtn park is a large natural park of 580 acres, containing mostly Ponderosa Pine and grassland.

Kamloops Cross at The Bike Ranch at the crest of Highland Dr. (Valleyview area of east Kamloops). Turn off of Highway 1 onto Highland Dr (at the lights) and continue up the hill till you see us.
